  1.  Order Cancellation

 

Unshipped Orders

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after payment for a full refund.

If an order has entered processing, packaging, production, or fulfillment, a cancellation fee may apply to cover payment processing and operational costs.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

 

To request a cancellation, contact service@ridgemod.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is in processing.

  2.  Return Eligibility

 

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

     Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition

     Item must be returned in its original packaging

     All accessories, manuals, hardware, and included components must be returned

     Proof of purchase or order number is required

 

RidgeMod reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund.

  3.  Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:

     Custom-made or personalized products

     Made-to-order products

     Clearance or final-sale items

     Products that have been installed, modified, painted, drilled, or altered

     Products with missing original packaging or components

!  4.  Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:

     Order number

     Description of the issue

     Clear photos and/or videos showing the problem

 

After verification, RidgeMod will provide one of the following solutions:

 

Replacement Product

Partial Refund

Full Refund

Prepaid Return Shipping

 

RidgeMod will cover all return shipping costs for approved quality-related claims.

  5.  Customer Remorse Returns

 

If you wish to return a product for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., ordered the wrong item, no longer needed, changed your mind, or compatibility not verified before purchase), the customer is responsible for:

     Return shipping costs

     Customs duties and taxes (if applicable)

     Restocking fees (see Section 6)

 

Returned products must be received in original, unused, uninstalled condition to qualify for a refund.

$  6.  Restocking Fees

 

Due to the size, handling requirements, and logistics costs associated with automotive products, the following fees may apply:

 

Free Shipping Orders

20% restocking fee

 

Paid Shipping Orders

10% restocking fee

 

Canceled (Before Shipment)

Up to 5% payment processing fee

 

Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.

  7.  Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note: Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

  8.  Return Shipping

 

Customers must obtain return authorization before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error made by RidgeMod.

  9.  Fitment & Compatibility Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact our support team before purchasing.

Returns due to incorrect fitment information provided by the customer may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.

When in doubt, email service@ridgemod.com before ordering — our team is happy to help verify compatibility.
