Shipping Coverage

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, promotional events, or due to inventory adjustments.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders totaling $89.90 USD or more.

Standard Shipping Fee

For orders below $89.90 USD, a flat shipping fee of $15 USD will apply.

Remote Area Surcharge

Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations within the United States may require additional carrier fees. In such cases, a $200 USD remote area surcharge will apply.

Customers will be notified before shipment if their delivery address falls within a remote service area.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, and destination country.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 6–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Asia: 5–12 business days
  • Other Regions: 10–20 business days

Shipping Inspection & Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, we recommend taking photos before opening it and contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.

For any damaged, defective, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos to help us resolve the issue promptly.


Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

RidgeMod is not responsible for customs delays or additional import-related charges.


Delivery Exceptions

RidgeMod shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Address changes requested after shipment.
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient.
  • Customs clearance delays.
